“We did a series on water reflections. The shoot itself was quite challenging since we put half of the studio under water.(0,5cm) Consequently, the reflection you can see on the photo is real.” The series was published within an art calender in 2010 and furthermore was part of various exhibitions in Europe.

AngelikA Fürstler, Model/Schauspielerin und CreARTress1* stellt ihre Kreationen zum ersten Mal der Öffentlichekeit zur Schau. Beim diesjährigen 38. World Festival of Underwater Photography (Marseille, Frankreich) präsentiert die junge Künstlerin die Werke ihres aktuellen Kunstprojekts.
“Mein Projekt nennt sich “EYE SEE COLORS” und im Grunde geht es darum, Farbe, Licht & Leben in den oft zu grauen Alltag zu bringen. Die Kombination und vor allem das Spiel mit allen Elementen, machen diese Kunstwerke einzigartig.”

“Ich habe es mir zur Aufgabe gemacht, Menschen an die Schönheit des Lebens zu erinnern. Es liegt mir am Herzen zu verdeutlichen, dass alles im Leben auf die Perspektive ankommt. Tiefpunkte im Leben – ja, sie sind schmerzhaft und koennen uns leiden lassen. Aber sehen wir das eigentliche Potenzial dieser Tiefen? Das Potenzial, uns zu erden und starke Wurzeln zu geben, welche uns hoeher wachsen lassen? Wir dürfen nur nicht die Perspektive aus den Augen verlieren. In meinem Leben habe ich gelernt, dass es genau deshalb wichtig ist, seine Perspektive permanent zu hinterfragen und die Welt aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln zu betrachten. Mein derzeitiges Projekt lädt genau dazu ein”

Wie genau sie diese Kunstwerke kreiert, bleibt ihr Geheimnis. Aber eines sei gesagt, auch wenn es schwer vorstellbar ist: es handelt sich um reine Kunstfotos OHNE jegliche Weiterbearbeitung.

“Meine Motivation ist es, das Leben von Menschen positiv zu beeinflussen und zu verschönern. Mit diesen Kunstwerken habe ich also noch sehr viel vor.” , sagt die 24 Jährige, deren Werke bereits in privaten Gallerien in Amerika, Europa und Asien hängen. Derzeit können die Werke als exklusiver Galeriedruck hinter Acrylglas erworben werden. Bald soll es aber auch exklusive Designer Stücke, wie zum Beispiel eigenkreierte Taschen und exklusiv designte Couverture und Vieles mehr geben.

While revisiting Los Angeles I had a wonderful shoot with the famous yoga photographer Jasper Johal. The shoot took about 3 hrs and it was my second nude shoot. I felt very comfortable and I hope to see one or the other picture in Jasper’s famous and world wide published calender on the new Channel FashionOne. (prob. in January 2011)…

Since the end of September I have been working as a Underwater Model for the Production of a Reality TV Show called “Underwater Action” in the Philippines. The Show is going to be shown worldwide on the new Channel FashionOne. (prob. in January 2011).
